Wanted to share with you what I did back in 1994 after I left a dealership down in Florida to come back to Michigan and take care of my mom who died from cancer. I had to stop in Indiana due to a snowstorm. I was looking thru my briefcase and found the list of all dealership employees who had phones at their desks and what their extensions were. Guess what - most of their passwords to their voicemail greetings were their extension number. I must have changed around 40 -50 greetings - including the two owners of now closed Koons Ford in Hollywood, Florida. My buddy called me the following week when the shit hit the fan at the next sales meeting. Our voices were similar - and they thought that he might have done it. Anyway, we were friends with the GM and after the meeting he pulled my buddy into his office and played the tapes for him. My buddy immediately said, that's not me - it's Skip! I just wish that I had the ability back then to somehow tape it or tape that sales meeting. Anyway, sorry for the long-winded rant. Just wanted to say that I love your videos.
