I can't understand why you are revealing the tricks, since it is a work of art that magic holders make a living from. What do you get out of it? Do you lack the confidence to perform in front of an audience or do you just want to stand out?
Just like the other masked magician said, the reason why they reveal its secrets is because magic as an art is dying. This new generation is more interested in cellphones, Fortnite, and many other things. They reveal its secrets in hopes to get more people interested in the art of magic. And while magic isn't completely dead, it's not as popular as it was in the late 90s or early 2000s after technology started becoming much more advanced.
@@rcyoung86Exactly, real magicians does not exist today with years of practice, routines, (emsley card etc) only apply techology to tricks, light, sound, no technicals of years about learn it.People now prefer celular.
