From what I’ve looked up, the product is Dr Sugarm Green Tea Deep Cleansing Blackhead Face Peel Mask Acne Treatment. However, the pictures of real people using it looks nothing like this video or the company’s pictures of the product.

Growing up on the reservation, one of the elders would treat my back, which was always covered in nasty pimples and massive blackheads, with a paste that dried and looked a lot like this. I have zero scars from the severe acne that every dermatologist told us was going to leave me looking like a smallpox survivor.

Working in medicine, i can say, a lot of homeopathic remedies, are going to put you in my office. And once you are in my office...well, the only way out is through the big bay door on the back of the hospital.

I don’t think they had much say in the color of what this appears to be a all natural pore strip. They probably use sea weed and that’s pretty green already. I think it’s better than black or brown!

You can do double cleansing. So first cleansing with a mild salicylic foam wash with warm water, and pat dry. This opens up the pores to gently extract. Then wash your skin again with the cleanser,tone, hydrate + spf and you are good to go.

Hey can you explain what happens to the pores after this? In a lot of these videos theres literally a pit in the skin or what looks like a totally open pore now that the blockage was pulled out. So does the pore close back up or is the pit there forever?

It won't close up entirely. (If it did you'd have a white head or a sebaceous cyst instead.) The appearance of pores will eventually shrink in cases where the pore is cleared of the blockage. It allows the pore to shrink back to the normal size for that person. Some people naturally have more open pores. As always age and sun exposure play a part in your skin's ability to regenerate. But in general the easier your pores can secrete sebum without buildup and oxidation, the smaller the visible pore opening needs to be to secrete that sebum. Getting rid of the gunk causing the internal pressure will help promote a less visible pore opening. You have to keep up with the maintenance though. After you pull out blackheads and are left with those wide open pores in your face, you need to step up the skin care routine with products that exfoliate and promote cell turnover.

@@WhitneyDahlinpore size remains! You can minimize the apperance chemical exfoliants and primers, but they won't physically change in size. This is why its important not to pop or force pimples/sebum out as it can damage pores permanently

@@trishcostanzo6139 it will kill bacteria in open wounds like this. Benzoyl cream will exfoliate and reduce inflamation. Use Benzoyl when pore is closed. When it has been opened and could be infected like this use salicylic

I prefer my salicylic acid peeling solution. 3 times a week at night. Helps with the huge painful bumps under the skin, gets rid of black heads, literally gone. My pores have shrunken in size, my skin is not as oily (I use also a moisturizer so there's that and niacinamide serum on the days I don't use the peeling solution, very simplistic) anf I love it. I can't use this kind of strips cause my skin is sensitive, gets very red and burns. And they didn't do the job for me. So chemical peels it is 😊

regular elmers glue works well too. just coat a thin layer and dry with a blow dryer and about 30 mins later peel.

It's meant to be the doctor sugarm green tea blackhead peel off mask and it definitely doesn't work like this, i bought it for my other half and it was no better than a pore strip, whatever they use in their advertising is definitely not the product you actually get

Wax isnt absorbent, and applying hit wax to your nose would make it sweat - not to mention that something that hot on your face isn't good for you.
