Who told you that indian railway's connectivity is poor .. due to overpopulation is seems poor . By this point this small bus train will also worst. Because of overpopulation metro in delhi enlarges itself upto 8 .
To experience the poor connectivity of Indian railways you need to come to the North East, then you will come to know about what is called poor connectivity.
I'll call that being resourceful. Reminds of a quote that we use in our business classes quite often. " Frugality is not a trait of the impoverished but a hallmark of the wise". Just because you have money doesn't mean that you should go all out and make it a loss making venture. I think this is quite an ingenious idea to supply a service according to demand while still making a profit over it. 👍
Though I agree that, the quality of the "Make-Shift trains" can be improved to have better safety and seating arrangements but no one is complaining so it's all good.
हमारा भारत में भी ऐसे बस वाला trains का use होना चाहिए। For example, महाराष्ट्र में महाराष्ट्र railways, करनाटक में कर्नाटक railways इत्यादि। गांववालोनको बहुत मदत में आएगा। Especially, वो जो हाथी 🐘 के जगह में रेहनेवालोंको बहुत बहुत मदत में आएगा। State governments please think about it. How could u expect from current indian railways? They closing so many toy train. They launching mostly high pay train which not usabke much becoz, of less stoppage. Most important, indian railways is so corroupt, mostly money goes to executive salary, and mostly unnecessary allowances.
Thank you sir, for this very interesting and informative video presentation. The railbus system works very well and should be used in other rural and sparsely populated areas. Although, it seemed that this railbus had picked up a lot of people during its journey.
Nothing new to us as we in India too had rail busses upto the 40's and 50's. As my Dad was posted in the Railways i saw such rail busses operate between Bezwada (now Vijaywada) and Coconada (now Kakinada), Repalle etc. and in few more locations in Andhra Pradesh.

Was there in Tamilnadu between Thiruthraipoondi to Agastampalli years back as metre gauge .. now converted to broadgauge with Demu train, ie: in year 2023
Truck dekha tha India pe.. tata 1210 truck long time back on Railway track.. ye concept India bhi try kr sakti hai.. especially in hills and villages ...kya bolte ho.. woh purane meter gauge waale lines
