2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/8 tsp white pepper
4 green onions, chopped
4 oz garlic chive, chopped
40 to 42 dumpling wrappers
cooking oil
some all purpose flour
Dipping sauce (1 part soy sauce, 2 part rice vinegar, 1/2 part chili oil)
