As a civil rights advocate and researcher I find it odd that government often hires the very same minority or ethnicity (ethnic minority, race, or racial minority), with the intent to willfully abuse their own. There never seem to be a shortage of selfish minority characters willing to wield abusive power over their own demographic population. Just 50 years removed from organized civil rights advancements and some individuals are lured by benefits to abuse thier own racial minority, willing to set civil rights back decades in progress. We see this played out in every city around America - sell outs to their own ethnic community. This discrimination may be committed by individuals, but more importantly 'these sell-outs' support structural inequalities, in which rights and opportunities are not equally accessible to all. They deserve the contempt of the community.

The migrants coming to Denver, CO are all from Venezuela. My friend works at the Denver intake at the Stock Show Complex. They get 30-days food, clothing, shelter, hotels, and then they move on to another city that offers more and will accept them.
