I bought a 4 inch powertec abrasive cleaning bar for abt $4 at a large chain home improvement store to clean my CRBN paddle and it feels like and looks like new. Restored the “rough” carbon feel in the paddle’s sweet spot back to original condition. No joke. No kidding.
Before you spend any money at all with CRBN or AMZN try a soft rag with a dab of dawn DW det. Then wipe off with a soft dry rag. Paddle looks brand new. Tried the CRBN and AMZN block. Waste of money. Save it and use it for Paddletec edge tape.
I’ve tried this but it makes my paddle fuzzy. Maybe I’m using the wrong rag. Also I like the block because you can use it on the go courtside. I am sure both can be effective. Good tip also though!
