OBD2 Readiness Monitors are simple yet powerful self check routines. They provide insight to the car’s self-diagnostics. When the battery is disconnect or codes are clear manually the I/M readiness will read INC ( incomplete ) meaning the vehicle has not completed a self diagnosis that particular monitor or monitors, so it must go through a drive cycle in order for it to complete a self diagnosis on all the monitors, if one or more monitors fails the diagnosis the check engine light with light up.

Our 1994 Toyota Camry LE V6 is OBD 2. From what I found on the internet(toyotanation) the 1994 V6 camry's have OBD 2. Not only is our Camry OBD 2 but it has both the OBD 1 and OBD 2 ports
Nice. A few issues (for me personally(I know the world doesn't revolve around me)) but A. I have iPhone(iOS devices) B. It's not a name brand for example Bosch or snap on. But ok there are cheaper options.
