Had the same issues as a lot of people here, bed levelling both manual & automatic would have the nozzle several mm above the surface of the printbed once printing commenced. Adjusting the z axis to +3.5 has fixed my issues. Seems the firmware needs modding to fix this or perhaps the nozzle height switch is set wrong. I've the latest firmware installed so its not that. If you experienced with these then you probably know but as a first time user it took a lot of figuring out to fix it!

hi. thanks the the great video. just bought this printer yesterday (its my 1st one ever), my SD card does not click in, fits loose, wont read, nor will it read via usb adapter in the usb port. my pc is showing the factory files on it but i cant get the printer to bring it up on the display. any advise? thanks. u make it look so easy! lol

Thanks for making this vid. It helped a LOT when I was unpacking and setting up my printer. For my first print attempt, I selected the rabbit option. After about 5 minutes I ended it because it looked like the beginnings for a rabbit if S. Dali was making it. Basically, the print did not anchor to the plate and it was just moving around with the print head. I saw you adjusting the Z- offset so I was wondering if that could be part of my problem or if the plate temperature was not high enough to grab the material as it came out of the nozzle. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Mine appears to think it's permanently touching the bottom plate, and keeps raising itself. Homing X and Y is fine, but Z isn't happening. Is there a limit switch or does it just use the creality touch sensor, and how could I possibly fix this? Could it be bad soldering maybe? EDIT: Finally figured it out. When I assembled it, I didn't give quiiiite enough slack on the ribbon cable that should be fastened in the claw, so it slightly unseated the cable from the print block, and I guess the Z axis sensor failed because of that, but everything else was working. Saw a milimeter or two misalignment on the cable, reseated it, and I was able to home and autolevel.

I like delta printers: fast, reliable, precise. With my new Speeder Pad, I am now running klipper even faster! I like the easy building, the automatic levelling. Thanks the FLSUN are my 2best printers up to now 5I have 4 including a Biqu and an Anet). I really recommend FLSUN for all types of makers!

Hi, Can you help, please. I've just taken delivery of my CR10 Smart Pro built it up and followed your excellent tutorial But I still can print anything it doesn't matter what I do the nozzle doesn't get close enough to the table to be able to print I can't fathom it out.

Has anyone experienced severe bed wobbling even after you adjust the wheel eccentric bolts but nothing happens, it feels tight at the front of the y axis and the back but once it rolls to the middle it wobbles like crazy

I'm buying a 3D printer for the first time and I want to create products related to CNC store, I have 2 options in mind to buy a high speed printer like FlSun v400, Bambulab lab or buy a SV06, Ender 3S1pro. I know that this will be my first 3D printer and a high speed printer obviously requires more investment. Ender 3S1pro meets my needs, but in the long run FlSun v400, Bambulab lab would be a better choice than SV06, Ender 3S1pro, Any suggestions, thanks!

I have a small 3d printing side hustle that currently uses six Creality Ender 3 printers (three of them are S1’s, three are V2’s). I’m getting really tired of the constant maintenance/downtime/constantly replacing parts. Would getting a few V400‘s be a wise decision for a print farm? Would love to hear some of your experiences if you do use these in a print farm.

Interesting video to watch BUT you've missed one major issue - after manually levelling four corners the centre leaves the nozzle too close to the bed - adjust that with z offset them auto level BUT one major problem printing then fails as the nozzles too far away from the bed - no matter how many times this process is repeated SAME result....???

While doing bed leveling mine needed only -1.65 for the Z axis in center is this bad? Because when printing any of the prints on the sd card the nozzle is moving the printed objects with it

Hi! I just got one of these and I don't understand the levelling process. As suggested, I tried a manual (old skool with paper) with the screen UI then Auto Level, but when printing it went through an "auto" process and still had the printhead about 5mm off the build plate! Also, when doing the manual levelling, it seems to take an extraordinary amount to wheel movement ("loosen") to get the printhead to touch the paper. I wound the wheels back to to max compression (stopped) and unwound each two complete tuns, and did your steps (manual level, auto level) but that didn't seem to help any; when printing it does another auto-level(?) and then keeps nozzle about 5mm from the bed while extruding! Ideas?

Maybe this printer needs more tuning, but out of the box that Benchy looked worse than what you'd get from a stock V3. Almost every print had some issue. Kind of underwhelming for the cost.

Is there a trick to tightening/loosening the bed rollers? I've been at it for 2 hours and just can't get it. whenever I get them spinning properly, the bed is wobbly. any help would be great.

You tighten one of them up so that the bed is hard to move, then loosen it while pushing the bed until the bed starts to move freely. Repeat for the rest of them.

Ah. I think I wasted my money on the Creality 3d printer, I hit 50/mms max on the simplest prints. Or slowing down to 32 mm/s on more complex prints, I just received my FLSUN Super Racer today and not only did I get a 0.2 layer height at 100 mm/s, but the prints came out super clean!

At 18:02 when adjusting the bed rollers, I noticed that theres a difference in the tightness when the bed is in different positions within the y -axis. Different wheels have different amounts of play when it’s in the middle, or moved to one end or the other. Does anybody have suggestions? This is my very first 3D printer.

Had same problem with mine, found Y axis rails were not parallel had to remove bed and adjust rails to be parallel and reinstall bed, rollers all even tension front to back now, hope this helps.

@@marshallambrose724 I found on mine I had the same issue and found that the rails the rollers roll on are not parallel with each other, I had to remove the bed, loosen the allen screws holding the rails, then get them paralell and retighten the screws, install the bed and adjust the rollers, now they adjusted so the bed rolled smoothly front to back with no tight spots or loose spots, hope this helps.

Oops... My mistake... Note that some of the standoffs used to adjust the rollers are not cylindrical and DO adjust the roller position because they are offset. As you turn them, the rollers move in and out. The adjust horizontal position only, not vertical. This can become very complex because the adjustments interact and it is not possible to tell if the standoffs are making the roller looser or tighter. As your turn the hexagonal standoff 360 degrees it gets closer and then further, and keeps repeating every complete turn. The only I got control of this was to disassemble the whole bed and put a visible mark on each of the 4 hex standoffs on the face which represented the closest point. It was well worth the 30 minutes it took!

Your compulsive editing is making me dizzy. There's probably over a thousand edits in a one-hour-long video and most sequences are just several seconds long. I like your content, but not the delivery. Seems excessive.
