Tried this recipe tonight but with less corn and cream cheese. I love the sweetness from the corn and the tangy flavor of the cream cheese. Served as a dinner for two and we both ate it all. Thanks!
This was very easy and went really well with meatloaf and biscuits. Next time we are going to use half a stick of butter and half a block of cream cheese. It's a winner!
Agree! Trouble is there is no set amount on any of his ingredients. A whole stick of butter and a full package of cream cheese. That's no recipe. It calls for experietation.
Why make it more unhealthy by adding cornstarch. Do you mean that you need to add those extra ingredients or the person in the video? just wondering because it looks as if your text is demanding what you want from them. Corn is sweet as is, no need for sugar or milk or cornstarch because cream cheese thickens on its own once you set it out.
@@accountantintraining4752 I agree -- I've always made it similar (no milk or sugar), but I do add Jalapenos and serve it with fritos scoops! I've been confused on why ppl add sugar to this tbh.
