Without even watching the video, I'm gonna guess these are basically crab rangoon, but in a egg roll form. And that means I'm gonna have to watch this whole thing and then make some.
Great recipe. I love that you use a beautiful glass bowl to mix so we can see better. I also appreciate reminding us to taste it and adjust. Your sweets are always a delight, so I HAD to try these. The cajun seasoning is a wonderful addition!

May I make one suggestion. If you use these containers of crabmeat (I don’t. I cook my own crab legs for this exact reason) make sure you go through the meat super thoroughly. I have yet to buy a container that didn’t have shells in the meat. That is not pleasant! This recipe is amazing.
You can dump the crab in the bowl and separate with a fork. Everything doesn't require hand contact. That draining basket is beautiful. Think I'll go look for one.
