You are a baking goddess! I love how clean and uncluttered everything is and how calm your movements are! Honestly, it's like ASMR of the highest quality 😊.
Made this two days ago and I loved it. Had trouble making caramel first time (low heat apparently causes the water to evaporate and you will get a lump of sugar at the end) but the second time was better (high heat did the trick). The pudding was the easiest and time consuming to make than the other two. Genoise went downhill for me, but in the end, the dish was still better. I forgot to add sugar with egg before forming the egg, so when I added the flour, the batter lost all its air and became a deflated thick batter. However, I still used it and add it in the pudding like shown in the video. All in all, after leaving it in the refrigerator overnight, the custard tasted like cheesecake and the Indian Sweets (Rasgulla). I absolutely loved it and will be making it again. Thank you so much for your video and please keep making them.
This is the best cooking video I've ever seen. I do love that there is no talking no crazy music. And like other people have said I love the sounds. Thank you
I just found this channel and I have no regrets!! Everything look so delicious and the fact that I can hear the ingredients mixing with each other is pure bless! ありがとうございます !!
Looks so yummy at ram I want to go downstairs and bake. Right now....have you got a recipe for a cake called Anna rouse. Seems similar to your cake but a slight pineapple taste with a claret sauce dribbling throughout it. It came from as pierce in Boston but they no longer exist. It was my absolute favorite.....thanks .....
@@christopherhonkomp3051 you cook the sugar and water at a high heat until it turns a golden brown, then add the water as described in the recipe. Don't stir, but you can give the pan a shake every so often. Keep your eyes on it - it will go from clear, to light brown, to golden brown quite quickly once it reaches that point. After golden brown it will start to burn and go dark - you don't want that.
I don’t how you learned doing all those amazing recipes but you are a pro no doubt... And the best out there in the Globe. Salute. Regards; Your No. fan.

Thank you for sharing your recipe. I followed your guide and made a perfect cream cheese custard pudding cake. I'm going to make no-bake matcha cheesecake based on your recipe.
I just made this last night. My baking dish is bigger than yours (28 cm long and 11cm wide). I used the same ingredient amount anyway and it turns out nice! But maybe next time I will double the cake part. Very delicious thank you for the video.
