I have a question is it possible if I use cream cheese?

I made a strawberry cream cheese ice cream it was so delicious. I made it with strawberry pie filling because I couldn't find fresh strawberries or frozen strawberries.

If I wanted to add stuff into it, like cookies or fruit for example, at what point would I add those in?
