For anyone in USA: Valbreso feta has been the best feta I’ve found on this side of the pond! I was horrified to notice how dry USA-based fetas are so this one was a lifesaver for me as a European. 😋
I don’t know where you live but if you are in New York if you can get to Astoria literally every corner Greek deli has the best fetayou’ll ever have in your life (outside of Greece). PS I tried every kind and found my absolute favorite which was the perfect combo of dry salty crumbly but also perfect in any recipe. Ipiriu!
Yummm. I eat feta in my salad often. I'd love to try some of that feta from Greece. Looks so delicious. Right now I'm eating sprouted grain toast, with raw spinach and egg on top with a side of berries. My favorite breakfast.
An inexpensive alternative to authentic feta in the U.S. for 5his recipe, you can use cream cheese and finely grated parmesan cheese. Authentic Greek Feta sits in a brine, that's what makes it so good, creamy and salty. ERI is correct, they have the BEST in the world and a patent on their Greek Feta in fact.
Dear Erin, I really love that you did this dish and video, breaking some cultural misunderstanding showing that a Greek girl is trying and tasting this recipe for the first time after seeing it on tik-tok cause it is not a local tradition as it may seem! - Love from Italy! I am mostly silent, but I am a real fan of your channel!
Oh wow! I live in Greece too but I’ve never seen the foods that you eat! Maybe because I live in Thessaloniki but anyways- currently im living in halkediki so sending love from there!
Hi, Eri! This pasta looks delicious and the baked feta too... Could you give me a simple recipe of Greek salad 😊, please? I'm Italian... Anyway, thank you so much ❤!
That looks delicious 🤩🤤 I've had feta in Greece but find it VERY salty 😁... in my country, Portugal 🇵🇹 I buy Greek feta & its lighly salted ... just the way I prefer it.
It's nearly midnight and I have a craving for a feta cheese spaghetti after watching this video 😩 can you also leave recipes so we can try to make the food you eat in your mukbangs?
Mmmm this looks so delicious 🤤. May I please have this recipe or could u post it please ? It looks so good & healthy as well. I’d love to make it 😌. Great video love !! 💕
ASSMERI, Girl let me just start of by saying this dish looked absolutely delicious. Talk about mouth watering pasta! mhm next time your making any type of pasta dish i'm comin over for dinner lool :P
Not for.long she won't. there's a popular mukbanger he started thin and kept eating large portions and now he's big as a house and when he 1st started mukbanging he was much thinner then her
The best ASMR in the world. I LOVE the way she eats and the how she likes food... I'm obsessed with that ASMR, if I ear them when I'm in bed, I literally go KO in a couple of minutes.
Perfect timing thank you so much for this load I was just watching one of my favorite vegan RU-vidrs and she says she makes a homemade almond-based feta cheese and I will tell you what the one cheese I miss the most since going vegan in 2018 is feta cheese nothing can mimic or replace feta cheese so this is perfect timing I’ve been thinking about feta cheese a lot lately I would never go back to eating cheese because I can’t but thank you for letting me watch you enjoy it! I have considered trying to make my spanakopita in a vegan version but I mean you can’t replace good authentic Greek feta and cottage cheese with anything so I haven’t bothered trying I know you’ve had spanakopita on your channel before but if you would like to do it again I would be so here for that video I miss making that more than anything
Piknik is a brand that is good, its a Bulgarian brand of feta you can find at middle eastern markets in the USA. It comes in the brine which is how all good feta come. Valbreso is also a good brand.
i often forget that feta is kind of a cheese so when i read and saw „cheese” in the title i was like „what?!”😹 it is because feat pasta was always reminding me more about tomatoes lol
