just made this today, except no potatoes...I already had mashed potatoes...But I did add yellow squash and zucchini, and 1 jalapeno diced fine...hope it turns out ok. thank you so much for all the great recipes, and ideas. You are such a special cook !!!

I have cooked this for dinner tonight and it’s absolutely delicious and super easy.I used parsley instead of chives as i had parsley in the fridge and the taste is so yummy.

Omg I made this and it was delicious BTW I slice my potatoes a little to thick so cooking time took about an hour and 20 minutes

How do you get it not to burn on top ? .. I put mine in for just a few minutes and it started browning very quickly .. thanks for all of your great recipes .. you are a joy to watch .. 😊

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that. Hard to tell but it could be a few things. Your oven may run hot. I recommend purchasing an internal oven thermometer to help with this, you may need to adjust your oven temperature or bake it for less time. Did you use a smaller dish? Depending on the size of your dish and how high up the side of the dish the layering was. Also, make sure you are using the regular bake mode and not convection. Convection fan cooking will cook the dish much faster and may cause the cheese to burn. I hope this helps.

This is one of two of your recipes I cooked today. They were both delicious but this one just absolutely shocked me by how the creamy sauce accented the Zucchini. I think I could eat this everyday for at least a year. I have never tasted this squash so great.. Natasha, If I get really fat, I'm going to tell my wife it's all your fault LOL, I'll be trying more of your recipes soon.

Hi Natasha, can the zucchini and potatoes be assembled the night before and baked the next day just before company arrives? Not sure if zucchini might release liquid when kept overnight in the fridge .

Hi Mita, you can do the slicing of vegetables the night before and keep them covered in the fridge overnight but I would avoid putting any seasonings to prevent zucchini from juicing out. Thank you for always watching our videos 😀and trying our recipes
