Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 large onion
- 2 chicken breast
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 1 cup of sweet corn
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic granules
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 1.5 cup of milk
- 3 tbsp garlic and herb Philadelphia cheese
- Egg wash
- Breadcrumbs
Pastry:
- 2.5 cups plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 block butter
- Boiling water
