Creamy Chicken & Spinach Pasta!

I really like how you plated a serving and went straight for the pot anyway.

Plates up the pasta, proceeds to eat straight out of the pot.... Classic Donal XD

This is the base recipe for just about anything: The spinach can be replaced with or added to just about any green veg (broccoli, rocket, asparagus, peas etc), it's also great to replace the cream with some herby cream cheese spread or crème fraîche. You could also add some gorgonzola/parmegiano reggiano to this sauce, and/or a small swig of dry white wine. Tonnes of vegetarian options like mushrooms, but honestly: this is one of those things that benefits from a little streaky smokey bacon bits

I love this guy. I love how he isn't perfect and things fall on the floor or stick it makes him much less intimidating. Makes me feel right at home actually. I look forward to making this dish when I can afford cream :)

i make a recipe similar to this but add bacon because it imparts an awesome flavour into the cream! i also use a mix of creme fraiche and white wine instead of cream for a bit more flavour but cream seems more practical and saves the $$$

This looks so good! I always have parsley in my creamy pastas but I am going to try this spinach recipe. Marinated sundried tomatoes have such great flavour, I bet it really suits spinach. I always season my chicken with a bit of garlic powder and onion powder as well. :) I don't like biting on pieces of cooked garlic and onion that's why. Donal, I am seriously salivating here haha.

Vegan version: For the chicken use tofu or soy grains (soak them first in water or broth) And for the cream you can use soy cream or coconut milk
