Why take the skin off the salmon? A lot of the good nutrients and flavor are in the skin. I would cook it skin on, then remove the skin and serve it with the fish on the pasta. You could shred it and let it add flavors.

Salmon is very expensive in Poland and it is very difficult to find a wild salmon. We have mosty very toxic salmons from Norwegian farms which doctors don't recommend more often then 3 times a year. This is how toxic it is.😪
Nah, it's not hard to find (the wild caught salmon), although it's even more expensive. You are overreacting about the "toxic Norwegian Salmon". The air during the winter is way more toxic. The crap you eat and drink every day like sugary garbage "coffee" from Starbucks, or fries that have been fried in oil used 1000 times before, is going to much more likely kill you faster than salmon eaten once in a blue moon.
