Ho-leee! You just need to think about doing up an actual cookbook - with photos for each recipe, of course - of all your wonderful recipes! I know some are fine with just videos, but there's nothing like sitting down with a good cookbook and paging through it (drooling like Homer!), thinking yes, yes and oh yes! Great to give as a gift too! Though a cookbook doesn't give your great descriptions - the two together would be Monster! Keep up the super work! Greetings from Calgary, Alberta, Canada!
@@CookingWithTammy. No problem at all! Got me looking at the plate and then around the room, trying to figure out who made or delivered this lol. Can’t believe it came from me but a testament to your recipe!
After my 17 yr old ate this dish, she said” mommy this taste like restaurant food” lol! Just what I was going for! Thanks, Tammy! U are making a chef out of me! ❤️
@gilda smith I am not a young woman, however, when I read that sweet compliment on your cooking, from your teenage daughter, " mommy this tastes like restaurant food", my eyes teared up...I have not seen my Mama in over a year , she lives Down South...she will be 85 this year, God Willing...Bless you and your daughter, Enjoy your time together, she is blessed to share meals and see her Mama every day...When my asthma gets better, I hope I get to travel to see Mama, cook for her and give her lots of hugs.
@@caribbeanqueen5955 Thank you so much for your kind reply; Please show my original post to your daughter, so she will know what a blessing you are to each other. Take care and be safe.
My husband never liked home cooked salmon but when I made it with this recipe he asked me to make it again. Also I am vegetarian so I make the same sauce and poured it over steamed veggies and it’s delicious 🤤
Tammy!! My girl!!!! I saw this in my feed today and felt the strongest urge to make it! Lol. I made it for the family...people who don’t even LIKE salmon were tearin it up!!! Like licking the plate and getting seconds. No lie!! You dun did it again! I love your style! I feel like I’m cooking with my home girl! Thank you so much! A+ AMAZING job!
I made this easy dish earlier this week and it was AMAZING!! I had one person who couldn’t eat fish, so I cooked a separate pan of the “saucy sauce” and used chicken. It was sooooo good. I can’t wait to make it again. Thanks, Tammy!!
Literally 30 seconds in and I love your humor!!! Already subscribed!! Looking forward to more! Also! Thanks for letting us know where to find certain items! I feel like people are intimidated to cook new things because of what they might not find at typical stores! 💫💫💫💝
I am blown away at how flavorful this turned out. Probably the best dish I have ever cooked. Certainly restaurant quality. I didn't have sun dried tomatoes so I added some lemon juice, I like spice so also added black pepper and red pepper flakes. Heck I used red wine instead of white out of convenience. It still came out amazing. Thank you!
Oh my word! Made this for dinner tonight and it was a hit! My husband loved it so much said that its better than restaurant. Ty for this recipe. I made a similar one from another youtuber too with shrimp and that was great as well but this is soo much easier.
It not only taste good, its a beautiful dish, so quick and easy. My family is like, dinner ready, that was quick. I will probably serve it next Xmas eve. The spinach and tomatoes give it a holiday look. Oh, and they loved it.
Hi! I made this salmon recipe today and it came out delicious, I just didn't have the dried tomatoes and I substituted it for roasted bell peppers, I loved it. Thanks and good afternoon. 😋👏👏
I just discovered this recipe, you make and explain so simply, that anyone can follow this recipe, you explain the reason behind doing things, such as cooking with low heat, to prevent the burn of the garlic. I love your voice and your energy. Great work.
I just tried this recipe, it was sooo delicious! And simple to make. I paired mine with mashed potatoes since I just made pasta last week, The next time I have guests over I’m going to make it for them. Thanks for sharing!
Looks like a yummy recipe. 😋 I would've added the noodles to the mix so that everything is saturated with the saucy sauce. Definitely want to try though!
Hello I have been cooking Salmon for years all differant way's but never had it this way with the spiach and sauce Excellant so GOOD ! I will be making this again .Thank you
Thanks, Tammy. Living in the PNW, I've had salmon every which way. Never seen it done quite like this though. Definitely going to give it a try because it looks amazing. 👍
Tried this tonight and it was BOMB!! My parents couldn't stop raving about it. Thanks for the recipe- I eyeballed everything and it was still a hit lol
Hi Tammy I just got through making the Tuscan creamy salmon for dinner and it came out great. Thank you once again for the recipe and have a nice evening.
Man oh man this looks delicious! I don’t have sundries tomatoes but I’m cooking it tonight anyways! Your voice and accent are so soothing! Love it when you say “saucy sauce”. Thank you for this recipe I will be subscribing!💞
Pro tip...if you want to cut down on the time to make this dish: Bake your salmon, skin down on a foiled pan at 400 for 20 mins. While the salmon's cooking you can make your sauce. Also, baking salmon on the skin makes it super easy to remove when it's done. You just slide a knife, fork, spatula, whatever between the meat and the skin and it comes right off.
After a long trying work day, I made this recipe. It was such a treat as the sauce was so smooth and elegant! Thanks for this fabulous recipe and technique!
Thank you for the recipe. I cooked it for my family on New Year's eve and they loved it. It was full of different flavours, cooking time is about 20/25 min which I loved it too. Definitely will do it again!!!👍😁
1. The pasta is a very dynamic ingredient, after it's been cooked the starch on its surface will last for maybe 3-5min, after that it will dry out and become soggy, and it will glue with the neighbouring pasta pieces. After the pasta has been cooked it should be put immediately into a sauce and cooked together with it for a minute or two with an addition of just a couple of spoons of the starchy water where the pasta has been cooked, i.e. you should've put the (just cooked, still warm) pasta directly into the warm salmon sauce, whisk it well AND THEN put the salmon on top. 2. That garlic was burned, garlic (in high class restaurants) is always fried inside its skin (essentially broiled). Once the garlic is done, remove the skin and what you get is a nice, tasty soft garlic that can be crushed into a paste and incorporated completely into a sauce without any small, burned pieces getting in the way.
I made this last night and my BF absolutely loved it. Very easy to follow and quick and easy. The only thing I did different was add Old Bay and Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes to the Salmon and when I was making the saucy sauce ( too cute!!) I added some cajun to it as well and OMG it was sooooooo good. I’ll definitely be making this may more. I may try it with chicken and shrimp. Thank you for this very delicious recipe!!
Wow amazing. Tried it for the first time. Although i didnt have some of the ingrediants, i made it up as i went along and tasted beautfuil😍😍😍 can even make it with pasta😍😍
This looks incredible! I really liked how you commentated and talked about what would have to happen when cooking this dish with alternative ingredients.
