you unfortunately forgot to mention that Dimension is NOT available for owners of M1 Macs. That's a big fail of Adobe. Please make sure to be well informed about possibilities before introducing an alternative for Photoshops 3D functions.
@@largodesign That is a shitty remark to make.... You better control your level of expectation from Adobe, instead of scolding someone who is giving so much to its community.
You can also try Blender. It's open source, but fully featured. Adobe is even starting to create plugins for it to create synergy between it and their own products.
you better don‘t - dimension is being discontinued from Adobe - you have to subscribe to another set od 3D-apps that are not in the ‚all apps‘ subscription - for a ridiculous extra pack of bills.
@@everthealtruist As I am a senior aging, I've decided not to spend time with Substance suit. Blender is far better. And did we say FREE. Yes, although I use ps and ai their 3D was far easier and user friendly when it was inside photoshop. Unmesh was right again. Thanks to all.
I’m always amazed at the small Photoshop functions that I never learned in the last 20 years of using the program. Like, setting a group to “Normal” to isolate layer adjustments to within the folder 😅 Also, love the exploration of Dimension’s compositing capabilities!
Hey Unmesh. Raj here. The main thing that I want to tell you is that I have learned photoshop to seeing your videos. Thanks for teaching us. Actually, I am not your Patreon member but I contribute little by my side from watching full advertise on your videos. Thanks a lot once again for teaching us.
Unmesh we love your Photoshop tutorials, you are the best! And it will be very nice of you if you start making videos of Premiere Pro or any other video editing software. I have been wondering to learn video editing but I can't help myself stop thinking about learning it from you, cause you are one of the best teachers I've ever seen!
I just spent 2 weeks learning photoshop's 3D functions. SO MAD! I should have put my time into blender. I also had a much easier time masking a subject for a recent job in Affinity. I really don't think photoshop was up to par in the 3D field either.
Now i don't even have time to watch his tutorial, but thing which i had learnt from him makes me have a better job instead of layer brick like 2 years ago❤️
Excellent..yes adobe 3d feature now implemented to Dimension and Substance 3D Painter & Designer...Dimension is my everyday working tool along with PS..also Adobe Substance 3D Painter..
. The result great. The only thing you forgot is compositing. Its important to match the shadow color. Now image shadow is visually colder than one on the text. Compositing is extremely important when you add an object to the scene and want to make it looks realistic. Anyway Thank you for opening a Dimentions for me. You have a great chanel my friend! Keep shining!
Unmesh, Thank you for that amazing instruction. It would be even MORE AWESOME to add some realistic melting on the ground. As if the ice was sitting there for 15 minutes.
God how i wish blender had an option to automatically match perspective and lighting lol. I always kind of looked down on Dimension and stuff, thanks for opening my eyes!
Super helpful video. I had trouble getting Dimension to recognize the perspective even though I drew the perspective lines, so in the end I just moved the camera around till it looked correct. The photoshop tweaks to the 3d render are fantastic. I can't believe my final design looks so good.
My Question is did you learn all this? 😴 coz have been watching your videos for months and it always amazing I sometimes think maybe you were there when Adobe is creating their software you seems to know their in and outs Great job Umesh a love for you ❤️💖
