How do you add a customized Workspace to the favorites tab? I am only able to see my workspace button from the main/home page. It doesn't show up under Workspaces, or Recent, to be able to click the star and add it to favorites

This is dynamics filter.For e.g. i have created a workspace with Planned orders data. In planned order data we have a field called Buyer Group. Buyer group is connected to Employee master. Can we filter workspace content based on User sho has logged in. Please let me know if we can do it and how
