The sample data that was used in the video was just created as an example to show how to create the dynamic filter. You can input your own data by category like how you can normally do it or you can also have them linked from your Google Forms You can check out this video for that: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-l2JiZ09lrKk.html Afterwards you can then just convert it to a table.
