You cannot produce energy without getting energy from outside with a disc that rotates constantly and whose angle does not change every second. Of course, if you try this, you will understand the subject better. At least 2 different resonance angles are needed to produce energy. There is 1 constant vibration resonance here. Therefore, it acts as a kinetic capacitor (temporary energy storage). It does not provide additional energy to the system.
