Here are the measurements for the personal size journal that I made for this video:
Page Size: 5 1/2" L x 3 3/4" W (total pages, approx. 35 from 1 12x12 Graphic 45 paper pad)
O'Ring Size: 1/2" Antique Brass from Zutter
Cover Measurements:
8.75" W x 6" L
Score at:
4", 4 3/8", 4.75"
To see the super cute video from Sizzix with the faux envelope insert page using Katlyn Lizardi envelope liners which I discuss at the end of the video that inspired me to choose the page size above (which I didn't ultimately use on this project but definitely hope to try in the future):

As of the time this video was published, it was difficult to find the 1/2" size O wires made by Zutter except in the color Antique Brass (and I can personally testify that this color has changed over the years to a somewhat less nice color, however, I find their wires to be thinner and better suited to the smaller sizes compared to the WRMK branded wires), their website no longer seems to be functioning but they did email me stating that they continue to sell them through third party sellers on Amazon. You can also use the WRMK wires, however, this brand does not offer the 1/2" wire size.
It does help to have a high quality paper trimmer that gives exact measurements to get each page to the exact same size, I am currently using the Rotatrim after upgrading from the Cutterpillar Pro, both of mine had design flaws so I highly recommend testing any new trimmer you may buy to make sure the ruler and the grid lines allow you to make accurate cuts in case you receive a defective product and can return it within the return period.
