This gets data from a live xml feed and then it removes each item one by one. Once all items are removed we re-load the data from the same XML endpoint. If the Highway Traffic feed has been updated, you will get the latest data. You can test it by creating your own xml file and just update the data before all items are removed and you'll get the latest on the next load
