For people new to photo manipulation and can't get similar results here's few things that weren't shown in the process but are visible in the end result. 1) Highlights - Done on the rocks and objects around the envoriment & character making it look more "connected" (The more you master this, the better it will look! I learnt this hard way lol) 2) Mood Setting - Making scenes darker, mistyer (if that's a word), adding fog, darker and lighter layers of color making color dense and lot of color lighiting. Trust me these sound hard on the paper but it's just using Solid Colors with mask on, Blending modes of colors, color balance, exposure, Camera Raw Filter. Note - If these still sound intimidating to you then just remember these are "maybe" few ways you can setup mood and lighting of a scene, even knowing 1 of 2 of these are more than enough! 3) Small Elements and Details - At the end few details like the addition on neon lights to the gas tanks of character's back, holograms casing on the sky (those can be easily found on internet, just use blending modes and you're good to go :D), Light beam overlays etc Basically these add more finer details to the scene making it more interesting to look at. 4) Blur - It's a great way to tell depths of a scene or make it more "dramatic" in a way, try experimenting with Filter > Blur > (any of them) or Filter > Blur Gallery > (any of them). If these sound hectic and you're a lazy guy like me just go with the ever green 'gaussian blur', it's fun just try it! 5) Experience - No matter how technical you seek but trust me, the more you expirement, you more you learn. Does the idea sound stupid? Then that's the perfect idea for you, go for it, have fun. What you see in the end is years, months and hourss upon hours of experience of experimenting, go nuts with it! "It's more about what you deliver in what limited knowledge you have and how you be creative with it to deliver your best work" Hope you have a great learning journey and hope these tips helped someone, have a great day everyone :)
As hard as I try, I don't know that I'll ever understand how you reach the level of realism on literally every single element of your piece. The most minute details are perfect. The greatest to ever do it.
Everytime when I see a City in a far away distance like in videos or Games It makes me really wanna go there Cause it’s the perfect place to live Instead of being in a left over wasteland And the glowing makes it really cool to see in distance
Way to start my Thanksgiving! Must say I am truly THANKFUL for @phaserunner and his gift! Another mind blowing design! Blessings friend - have a wonderful holiday weekend! 😊
They key to success-basic art principles-color, lighting, perspective and composition. Which Phase is like Pai Mei sitting there throwing his beard to the side and laughs in awesome.
Next/Top level creativity.. You're the best in the world, Phase Runner! Yours is the ONLY channel I have pressed the bell icon to get new video alert..
Great as always, i love , and your use of clouds to make effects it's unique and this inspires a lot of people. A new neon masterpiece more in your collection :-D
Damn this feels like Christmas already, another inspirational tutorial 🤘😍 Maybe you should make an advent calendar of tutorials and speedarts to bring some joy in our souls :D
Awesome work!! This actually reminded me of the new Blade Runner. Also, I love the light dome, and I think I've gotten some inspiration to create something cyberpunkish now. ❤🙌
Not even sure how you managed 6 dislikes, never mind any at all. You're a real inspiration in the art world and its a pleasure seeing your work unfold.
Wow this is crazy best guide runner episode ever wowwwww. The way to showed the final image was crazy epic OMG this is crazy fantastic 👏👏👏. Very very well done. You just made my day
Obsessed with this ❤😍 I love it! I'm a graphic design student and really enjoy the "Guide Runner" videos. I'm a newb and it's way too hard for me to follow along with the speed art lol. I'd also love to see a course on something like this, really enjoy the neon cyberpunk stuff-- I'd take it a class on something like this for sure! Amazing work 👏
Hello Phaserunner, could you kindly tell me what exactly u searched for creating that spherical dome like structure? watching at 0.25 speed, i saw it was something like planet earth, but i would be very grateful if you could tell me the keywords to search these images. Thank you!
Unique edit as always Masta Runner... That's why I consider you like one of my learning masters, always doing something in your own style, always dazzling edits with all these colors and lights... Each time I'm speechless.. Thank you for the knowledge sharing!!! 🤘💪
Insane work! Would be nice to have a manipulation where an astronaut walks on the moon and have the earth floating above him, and space around him! Keep up the good work🤩
Hi phase, love your artwork. Just a little request, kindly add gdrive or some other links you find comfortable to the assets/pictures you use in the guiderunner videos so that people (including me) can find it easy to follow along and learn step by step from you. Thankyou
