Hey Jon, I watched the whole series and it has made creating a site area very simple and easy to do. My only question is can you edit the toposurface to add a depth to some parts of it.

Hi Richard - Sounds like it may be an issue with your origin points. Make sure that all of the origin points match on the import settings, and that the elevations are set to the same level. Let me know if that helps!

So linking individual CAD files? That's all??? You can do this with individual native Revit Files linked and/or worksets. There's zero reason to keep CAD for that. Just properly workshare things.

The context of the other videos cleared it up some. If you're just getting "sort of" context this seems fine.

Please take some time to look at the content of the video. As I mentioned, this is part 3 of my CADMapper series. You can take a look at the CADMapper website, and you will notice that maps cannot export directly to Revit. The supported programs are AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup and Illustrator. This tutorial covers the conversion process and integration to Revit. Appreciate the suggestion, but Revit worksets/worksharing is not relevant to the mission of this tutorial.
