Create Amazing Pottery Stacking Clay - The MAKUME GANE Way! 

Makume Gane means "I have gout from doing pottery". Well, that's what AI says anyway. It really means "wood eye" or "wood grain metal". It's an ancient Japanese metal working technique! Ann experiments with three ways to recreate this finish on clay. I think she did a pretty good job - what do you think? Check it out to see!

We typically bisque to Cone 04 and fire to Cone 5-6
Ann uses Standard English Porcelain no. 365 unless specified otherwise in the video
