I just finished part 1 and successfully completed both covers. I LOVED this design and had to work up to it lol. 30 The instructions were so awesome that except for obvious drying times, I breezed right through it. Onward to Coptic stitching! Thank you SO much for your generosity and brilliant clear teaching style. Thou art queen!

Calm down xD You know what? You should watch videos of other crafters. Not only junk journalist (even though it is full of mixed media) and those who use paper and fabric. You could also use techniques from modelmaking, tabletop/terrain crafting, miniature painting, Junk crafting etc. Not sure If those are the correct words, english is not my first language and i am not sure how certain topics translate xD

You can also use the left over plain napkin layers that you pull, or even the printed ones. Great idea and beautiful!!

I've tried this before long ago, but at that time, I was only making cards, and it was more texture than I was interested in. I'd forgotten about the technique. Now I can see how it could be useful with my current projects. Wow, so awesome!!

I've done a golden koy with hot glue and acrylic paint on canvas for my husband but after watching this tutorial I would really like to try the technique using an old book that I'm repurposing.
