Do you want your email signature to stand out and leave a good impression? This tutorial will show you how to create an awesome Email Signature in Outlook using Microsoft Word
I spent hours looking for a good online signature, and this taught me how to make my own, more customizable than what was online, for free. You're a rockstar.
What I found out is that if you change the layout/wrapping of the picture it won't work. You need to keep it "In line with text" as it is default when inserting the picture. So if you do like "Behind text" it won't make it in Outlook.
@@Arietje OMG...Thank you! I just spent over an hour trying to every way in the world to get my social media links to copy and paste into the email signature. This was solution of the week for me!
Thanks for the Colton, this is great. I am wondering if you just did a smaller table to inset the horisontal blue lines between your web and email or there is a smarter way?🤔
Very helpful video Managed to hear what u were saying after i connected to a huge dj system lolll Man speak louder...ur doing a good job but we gotta hear u buddy
Hi, I did everything just as you said, but the last part didn’t work. I’ve copied the signature, but when I pasted it in outlook it ignored all of the photos.
Thank goodness for your tutorial, I kept doing mine in word by typing and inserting pics, then copy pasting into outlook. The resulting signatures would be true if received in outlook but when looking at the same emails on my phone or on yahoo, the images would float around and look awful. Excel saves the day. Who woulda thunk.
and have you seen what hapens to your table when you look at it in gmail, on phone, ipad, etc - it breaks apart - table doesn't stay the same - links are missing - pictures rescale to 100% - microsoft has its own version of HTML which is not compatible with WWW standards - so this method works only for sender / receipient using OUTLOOK ON DESKTOP - even in outlook mobile version table breaks
Don't do it in google docs, now we have a lot of different opportunities for creating proper email signatures with your contact information, photos, banners, social icons and more. Our company uses NEWOLDSTAMP for this. NEWOLDSTAMP generator allows you to create a consistent HTML email signature without coding skills, involving an IT department or third-party developers and designers.
