Flying Aircraft Carrier built using Clockwork Mod For Minecraft. Mods: Valkyrien Skies 2 Create Clockwork pre-alpha Create Big Cannons Nightly Built by me and ExecutiveAlpha.
Loved the video @ethan Johnston! Can't wait for the next video man! This is what I love about the Create Mod and Valkyrien Skies, Eureka, Clockwork and Tournament, you can build Anything in Minecraft and actually have it work. It can Fly in the Air, Steam/Sail on the Vast Oceans or Move across vast amounts of Land, with Create Big Cannons you can also Fight off Mobs or Hostile Players, and it's all built in Minecraft! For me, the Ultimate Test would be to have an Aircraft Carrier Task Force, an Amphibious Assault Force and even some Tanks, Tank Destroyers, Self-Propelled Howitzers, Towed Howitzers and Artillery Tractors, Trucks and Half-Tracks and even Armored Cars and Jeeps as well as The Fighter-Bombers, Dive Bombers and Torpedo Bombers for the Carrier Air Group, Floatplanes for the Battleships, Battlecruisers and Heavy/Light Cruisers and Various Aircraft for the Forces going Ashore. Every last build being from the Second World War. There's just one or two things: Block Weight, Block Colors (to an extent since I'm scouring the Wiki and Fandoms for the Blocks that I'll need for the Camouflage Patterns) and then not only being able to do it all in Survival but also ensuring that there's as much Functionality to the Builds as best possible. If the Ship had a Top Speed of 33 Knots (37.95 mph), it should be able to move at 17.125 m/s like it actually did. If the Ship had Elevators, then they should function as they actually did. If the Aircraft Had Folding wings, then there should be an allowance for it to do so. If the Tank had a Top Speed of 32 mph, then it should be able to move at 14.441 m/s like it actually did. If you've got Create Big Cannons and the Barrel on a Battleship was about 21 Blocks long, then you should be able to build it 21 Blocks long and use 7 Powder Charges. So, How heavy are the Various blocks like Concrete, Terracotta, Stone, Andesite, Diorite, Blackstone, Basalt, Deepslate, Tuff and Calcite compared to the Create Mod Blocks?
Really awesome build. Makes all that time I spent looking at fantasy airship art 11-12 years ago feel somehow worth it. That said, the one suggestion I would have is to make the crew quarters completely walled in. No one wants to be trying to sleep with crazy wind blowing everything throughout the room haha.
Nice looking build. Few days ago I thought about massive flying aircraft carrier and already see it. The only carrier misses are spots for fixation aircraft (so they won't slide out), aircraft delivery system to a runway and stopping system for safe landing. But work done is still neat.
@@ethanjohnston8194 thats okay, working with what you have can still be pretty cool, perhaps by having very compact aircraft that can fold their wings etc
I think it needs a bit more safety features before its battle ready. ex: no exposed fuel tanks near the helium balloon no jump/ loading pads near the intake or turbines GUARDRAILS Crew rest should not be exposed to outside elements and should be secured within the aircraft. 2:00 light walkway pilots should be on top in the main island, the bottom platform can be for watch standers
It would have to be a world download. To make a schematic for something this big would hurt the brain and would probably crash upon loading the schematic
okay, fantastic shape. but if you look at a real air ship, you'll find that they have different levels nad coves. maybe add those. Not that your current work isn't already fantastiC! it's better than I can do. Part of me wishes I could live in this thing! Fantastic work, but really, I suggest maybe adding more detial to the top, or at the very least, making the block pallet a bit more unique to maintain a sense of artistic feel. but again, fantastic work, fantastic piloting center, fantastic balloon shapes, it's just great. but another thing. The chains from Decorative Blocks are bigger, and generally look better than those thin chains. Just some advice!
я раньше думал что высота модов была раньше в оружии и индастриал крафте, но сейчас смотрю на не лагающий, летящий, паровой корабль. я знаю что это очень страые моды
Can we please have a schematic I want to use it on an up and coming Minecraft server I'm making and I think it would be fun paired with a few other air vehicles to use in battle!
does this actually preform its function as a carrier? like can things land and take off from it? and more importantly, do they stay put on the machine while its moving?
this is very impressive! im trying to make a floating island but im struggling to keep it from drifting even with the center of mass right below the propeller, not sure if it just needs to be more perfect or if i should switch to balloons
@@ethanjohnston8194 i Read a whole article about it and from what I gathered... I may need to move the propellers at the bottom or more at the center of mass? its all very confusing haha thanks for the help tho ill keep experimenting
How do you get performance with such a large ship? I’m running a 2060 and an i5 9th gen with 16gb of ram and basically all the optimisation I can squeeze out of it and I’m unable to build any remotely large aircraft
what versions of each mods ar you using? you've inspired me to start making airships of my own and i just cant figure out which combo of mod versions to use!
Bro i have an idea on a build for you, so its a 8 wagon long cargo train, but its used to carry the most valuable items out there like the new rise and shine, netherite swiming gear, so since someone could just destroy the train and steal everything, why not make the train have armoured areas?
pls read my comment I have ideas that would be great for the aircraft: step 1: try landing a plane on it and make a video pls: step 2: I ran out of ideas
