I have to admit before watching this video i was trying to get minibar to work and install it first through the free version my school uses and then through the store, but gave up after it refused to work on multiple computers, however when i found this video it had explained the process so well I realized I did not need the program, and in fact made things feel much simpler and helped me finish my assignment, this has got to be one of the best channels that I have found

Thanks a lot sir for working hard for making simple things simple again One question..... In control charts why do we use sigma derived from constants, why can't we use sigma of data collected. In this video, you have used x bar SD for Xbar chart ucl and lcl but you have used constant tables for R chart control limits
you should use 3 times sigma for the ucl and lcl when pairing X bar chart with S chart. For X bar R chart, you should use +- A2*R-bar. Anyways, great video thank you.

Sir, in few videos for Xbar chart the UCL is shown as Xdbar + A2 Rbar while your video shows Xdbar + 3sigma, now I have calculated the UCL using both the formulas, both gives different value for the case you have shown. Please clarify which formula to be used for UCL and LCL for Xbar chart.
Dear Sir, why don't you used constant A2 = 0.5777 instead to find UCL and LCL? But for range chart you used the constant D4 and D3. However I assume 3Sigma is equal to A2 x Rbar but the value was not the same. please explain.
Can we use either standard deviation or range chart to set upper limit and lower limit. Am I right? Who set this range chart and ist constant? How do they replace standard deviation?

Sir , I have issue in this video UCL and LCL value is more than USL and LSL value. So it's possible or not pls inform me sir because I have confusion in this perticular point.bcz according to me UCL and LCL value always between the USL and LSL value, process voice is always less than customer voice.pls clear it.

Sir Thanks for the video but I have some confusion that u calculate standard deviation by selecting the average value rather then selecting the whole value in this case if my average is same then the standard deviation will zero Ex 5 4 3 6 average is 4.5 8 2 5 3 average is 4.5 In this case as per your calculation std Dev will zero which should be 1.9272 Please clear my confusion
