I really like the idea of Cewl, i have been using this tool on programs like cocacola and at&t and it gave me a good list with some passwords that i could actually see people using

Social engineering and phishing is the best way to go, try and pull as many emails as you can and maybe use a pdf reverse TCP then scan the network and try to escalate your privilege and snoop around. If that fails find the source that handles the IT side and side and phone pretending to be from the hosting company
