Forced login/signup before checkout, 3. Adding variable prices or lets say dynamic prices that auto calculates based on number and variant of products in cart, 4. Do we need additional plugins for these things or it can be done with the tgeme and woocommerce settings itself, 5. How many plugins are not too much to slow down the speed of website...please guide ASAP

you have to use a static form generator. You can find them online. The default forms will not work.

You should add one of the other form solutions like I mention in the video, WordPress forms won't work
