Yes, this is why replacing traditional light bulbs with newer LED equivalents saves on electricity, because an LED can emit the same amount of light at much lower energy levels. For instance, an LED can use maybe 3 watts to put out the same amount of light as a 60 watt light bulb.
You can add more r wlism by either making a normal map of the mask or make a custom map. Normally when using foil printing, the foil is raised Abit since it basically is laid on top of th paper. To add even more details you could also add a coating to specific parts and add an extra normal map. This would mimic UV coating in print. They use this to give certain highlights in print an extra touch and thus detail. The coating makes the colors pop more. It also gives the packaging a more luxurious look
The light falloff only makes sense if it's modelled to scale. Otherwise these number can be completely different. If someone models this scene in say meters, the power of the light needs to be way higher
