Whenever I try to adjust anything at the effects control (by the numbers) I have to slide hard to adjust it, before, it's smooth, now I have to like -slide hard to either increment the value or decrease it, please help

Wait, what's the point of this? Premiere won't let you save it as a template anyway. Since these aren't in 1 layer and since this isn't from Essential graphics, you can't save it as a Mogart file. And Premiere won't allow you to save it as a Legacy Title template either. Help me here. You do all that to create it, and THEN what? It's a 1 use thing?

Please make the same one for AFTER EFFECTS.

Why does my pen tool create some other shade?

To bad you can't make this on Premier CS 6 It does not have the pen tool on opacity.
