After creating your CONTENT file, you have to open the SQLITE database in the Content Catalog Editor. There you can import into the families and prepare it for your parts list.
It should also be noted that using the double quotation marks is STRONGLY discouraged. Use double apostrophes instead or you may crash your CAD later...
