Gratitude for the update, maybe allow Streamyard users the ability to download the edited short/reel clip..that way we can further edit them and then upload and publish from SY..unless you all are looking to allow users the ability to add covers/ text/ effects etc within SY? Then inshot, Adobe exp and capcut may not be needed as much?
Hello, I want to purchase streamyard to record myself "video reacting" to my old cooking show. I want to this via reels (1 min of course). Do you guys have a tutorial on how to do this? If so, can you please share me the link. Thank you.
Can you or anyone else please clarify..if you have a long video and want to cut it in 1 min reels does the editing override the original video or will it save separate videos depending on which section you cut?
I am so happy to see you constantly expanding the utility of Streamyard. However, I already clip my videos into shorts and reels in canva to be able to try to fill out vertical video - it's not perfect by any means. Your new feature doesn't help with this problem. This new feature is not very helpful until you can record the vertical video and fill the whole vertical video clip.
For those that are not familiar with canva I think this feature is very helpful. It prevents you from having to take extra steps to create that particular type of content. I appreciate the effort and the update s...I'm just waiting for the ability to stream to tik tok!!
This is a great new feature - thank you, but any way to get rid of the black! I pay extra to Streamyard to use my branding, but this block black colour just spoils it - uggghh! Linda
Another feature to filling in the vertical is to have like points to have the video follow the speaker. Because other then that I’ll just edit videos outside of this feature.
Hi there! TikTok does not officially support streaming outside of its own mobile app. As soon as TikTok allows streaming outside of its own app, we will add it as a supported destination. Thanks for the tutorial! What about creating short videos to upload onto Twitter? Would the trimming function be better for that? That is, create a short video using trimming function, download that file, and then upload it to Twitter?
Love the feature-however it’s glitchy. I’ve done 3 videos & each time it tells me it’s less than 60 secs yet when I upload to RU-vid shorts they get placed in regular videos & length changes to over 60 seconds. 😮😮
Hey there! Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that! That usually happens when you are 61 seconds and over...can you come to our support chat so we can look into this with you? streamyard.com/contact - Katie 🦆
Hey love the new feature, but having accessibility trouble. I can’t drag and drop with my screen reader. In the video selected, I want to watch a certain spot on time, but can’t because of this problem.
Hey there! Thank you so much for this feedback--we want to make sure StreamYard is accessible. Do you mean you can't move the slider to select a section in the video? - Katie 🦆
@@StreamYard yes, screenwriter cannot drag and drop . So moving along the timeline is tough. To get a specific spot on the timeline, I have to play the video and stopping at the point . Thanks.

Great new feature, but for us it's kinda useless as there's no option to adapt/zoom the screen to adapt the entire 9:16 screen, when you try to repurpose a 16:9 video
Instagram is slowly opening up access to users to stream via RTMP on the desktop. To check and see if you have access, log into Instagram on a computer. On the left side of the screen, you click create. If it opens up an option to go live or to upload an image, you have access. If you only have the option to upload an image, then you don't have access yet, and we recommend to keep checking. It is a slow rollout. Hope this is helpful! - Katie 🦆
