Create Registration Form in React JS in Hindi | React Simple Project For Beginners  

The tag should be displayed only when the user clicks on Submit button, but once the form is submitted tage is displayed ... It is fine BUT again in the same form, when i changes the name, it is still NOT YET submitted but the tag details are updated. In fact it should be like whensoever the submit button is clicked then only the message tag should be updated
