I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that you do a lot of prompts each week but with painting and sketching it can take a lot of time. If you need to pull back from doing a lot of prompts maybe you can limit yourself to three like most art youtubers and if you cant or want to do more you can as bonus? Or if you you can use them as content for extra bonus videos when you might need them if you get sick, pregnant, need to travel, or take time away, etc. Just a suggestion. Dont push yourself too hard. I love your artwork and your content.

I actually did a render of the video with quieter background music and thought it was too quiet to even hear, so I re-rendered it at this volume and of course it's too loud. Hahaha. I think getting it just right will be too tricky. I'm probably just going to scrap the background music altogether.
Love all the pages of course, I think the bugs are my favorite because so many people hate bugs and I like them! Except for cockroaches and earwigs. But spiders, praying mantises, fuzzy bumblebees, those I love. Especially those adorable jumping spiders with the big eyes.
My partner calls us "Hufflepuff puff pass." Apparently most of us are so chill he give off stoner vibes, plus we're by the kitchens. ALSO I agree about Binx being the best.

I love all your artwork, it's fantastic ! I very much am enjoying watching you create your works of art. Just so you know for future reference the Ravenclaw mascot is not in fact a raven but an eagle. It's very commonly swapped out for the raven. A lot of HP merchandise also seem to use the raven which usually upsets all the Ravenclaws. I'm not sure where it started but it is quite a common misconception. 😀

My favorites are the "crowmingo" (animal merges are fun) and the shelves (except the skull). Interesting color theory stuff. Sounds like you're more affected than most by cultural color associations.

I definitely prefer videos without background music. I didn't dislike the music, but being hearing impaired, when there is no background music to interfere with my ability to hear your spoken words I find it much more enjoyable, as I am not then straining against background noise to hear what you are saying. I do enjoy listening to you telling us your thought process as you are doing your art. 😀
Thank you so much for sharing that side. The majority agreed the background music was not necessary, but it's super helpful to get a perspective that's based on physical needs as opposed to opinion. I hadn't considered that background music only makes it harder for the hearing impaired to hear the dialogue, so thank you for bringing it up. No music it is 👍

And your inking - i'm speachless 😍 About music in the background: In gerenal i'm a fan, but often times I find that it too loud, so I can have a hard time hearing the voiceover. It was not really a problem for me in your video, but I would just keep It in mind 😊 Love your creativity and your videoes!

Hmmmm...I haven't had any issues with mod podge and the liners except on highly textured paper. I just use regular printer paper and it holds up fine for me 🤷♀️
All the pages you did today were really beautiful! I especially liked the black and white insects- so dramatic! I've been wondering what the metallic paint you use, is called. It looks really opaque on the first coat. I don't think the music should be any louder, or more prominent. It was great in this video.

Yes! That was the popular opinion too. No background music ✔ Some other people had issues with the highlight song, but I'm not getting rid of it. Hahaha. I did decide to limit myself to only playing it once per video. Compromise.
I dont like background music in videos, i agree i find it very distracting and it can be grating to hear it the entire time... i think at the beginning and end is fine tho, or you can use it in a montage as you create and you dont have to talk through everything.
Thanks! 💕 So I have found that if I glue the outside art on top of the background and then mod podge over everything, for some reason that top piece will wrinkle horribly. Whereas if I mod podge the background and the outside art separately and then glue it together afterwards, that doesn't happen and everything is protected with the mod podge. Don't know if there's another way around it... like am I making this harder on myself than it needs to be? Hahaha.

i personally think the background music is a bit distracting from your voice, art youtubers who do a lot of commentary keep my focus more. obviously im not telling you what to do but maybe its a suggestion lol
The majority of the feedback was to have no background music. But the highlight song is here to stay. I have limited myself to just once per episode though 😉👍
