Create Timelapses IN Lightroom! 

This is the best video about how to make a timelapse in lightroom! I don't need explainations about how to edit the pictures, simply this is what I was looking for! Thanks a lot :)

Great video. A very minor point, most Nikon's have a built in intervalometer / remote timer in the menus so you don't really need to purchase an external one - more savings! :-)

Cool, I had no idea this could be done in Lightroom. I used a video editor last time I made a timelapse, but this seems like a much more natural workflow for a photographer. Thanks Scott!

i gave up making timelapses and hyperlapses using after effects, premier pro and filmhit...with this tutorial i was able to make timelapse and hyperlapse without any confusion, hiccups....thank you and more power to you.

Great post Scotty! The other great thing about those presets is that you can copy/edit them (with a basic text editor) and pretty much create a preset for ANY frame rate you want. e.g. I created ones for 2fps, 9fps, and 18fps. Thanks again.

thanks heaps! had assumed i'd need premiere; had hoped the GoPro Quik suit might take my GoPro time lapse photo stack and make it into a video file but it seems they've dropped support for their desktop software and now only export to RU-vid or Facebook... Not sure about the 'Pro' in GoPro with that move. So this video instruction was PERFECT that I could do the job with the Lightroom 4 that I already owned! THANKYOU =)

Great video! Used your directions to create my first time lapse. Not all DSLR need time remote though. I used an interval photography option on my Nikon D7100 and it works perfect.
