This is almost identical to the mold I made, the difference being that once you fill mine you just flip it over and drop the brick out on to newspaper/sand and leave it to dry. It doesn't stick because I treated the wood I used inside the mold with a thin coat of car body filler, sanded smooth, then painted it with a gel coat paint, and the mix I use for the bricks is slightly wetter than the one they use in this video. This way I just fill it and turn it out, no need to dismantle for each brick. That way I can turn out on average 50-60 bricks an hour. I still have this mold, but what I started doing last year was to make fibreglass resin copies of this mold by first taking a copy of it in silicone and then pouring my fibreglass resin mix in to the silicone mould..I have a few of these that can be used with myself and a few others, we can churn out about 250 bricks an hour, meaning we can prepare the mix in bigger batches aswell.i would recommend using talc (powdered chalk, I've even used corn flour/starch before now) or similar as a release agent, dusting the inside of the mold with it before filling with the mix. If you are just using a plain wood mold, paint the inside with a bit of used engine oil as this will stop water soaking it to it and buckling it or otherwise warping or spoiling it. It's definitely worth making you own molds for cement/concrete casting. I'm going to attempt a 3d printed mold soon, another fill and instant turn out mold. I have printed out concrete stamps out before now with stone patterns in for slabs and they work well, I'm hoping to try stamping a pattern on one side of a batch of bricks to see how they turn out. I think it will work well on coloured bricks as the pattern will stand out more. This is a very good video, and if you are going to make the mold yourself I'd recommend converting the design to a fill and tip out version to increase production volume and for time efficiency.

If you made the side prices little short and end pieces a little longer. You could put slide bolts on top and bottom of every corner then you wouldn't have to unscrew them every time. The slide bolts that you use to lock a door. Good luck and nice idea just tweak it a bit more.
Я делал блоки по подобной технологии. Только размер формы был сразу как 3 блока. И в смесь добавлял всякие лёгкие фракции для компенсации веса большого блока.

Дешевле шлака заливной сооруди. Делаешь замес для блоков что бы сделать нужное количество, потом что бы кладку скрепить, а когда будет результат, внуки скажут-живи дедушка

А не лутше было бы сделать в один торец выступ а в другой нишу(впадину), так при сроительстве связка между блоками была бы лутше - это моё мнение. Молодец, лайк

mungkin anda upgrade ke satu kaedah yang lebih cepat pembuatan batako nya, jika setiap satu batako yang di buat anda harus membuka screw nya itu prosesnya memakan masa, dalam satu biji batako saja anda sudah membuang berapa masa, dalam sehari mungkin anda tidak dapat membuat 50 biji batako, tapi jika hanya untuk konten itu tidak apa apa, terus maju dengan konten yang lebih kreatif lagi

El propósito es que solo tenga suficiente humedad para activar los químicos del cemento y que empiece a curar superficialmente para que los granos se unan, pero que quede suficientemente seca para poder quitar el molde sin que se pegue a la madera y se desmorone el bloque. La intención es tener solo pocos moldes para poder removerlos rápido y hacer la mayor cantidad de bloques posibles, porque vas a tener que hacer bastante mezcla y no quieres que el sobrante se pierda. Lo más importante es hacer esa compresión de la mezcla lo más compactada posible, debes asegurate de que no queden huecos y que los granos están todos con el mejor contacto que se pueda. Si la mezcla tiene las proporciones correctas de arena y cemento, entonces queda bien granosita y con esa textura como los bloques prefabricados de ferretería.
