Wow that is fucking cool. You could create a mentor bot for whatever industry you're in, feed it data from interviews with the big pros, and use it for personal use whenever you get stuck on a project. Man, the future is cool.

Another RAG tip: If you ask the LLM to write a reply to the question (before search) and then use the LLM generated reply as the search query, it is more likely to line up with relevant content via cosine distance evaluation. So even if the LLM doesn't have access to the content you want by rephrasing the question as an answer around a specific topic you can sometimes get better results!

On a number of occasions, I've copied the RU-vid Transcript of a conversation, and found that there were numerous mistakes in transcript. These involved the wrong words, missing important punctuation, lack of identifying the speaker, etc. I believe that the Transcript is "auto-generated" Google and is the same process used to automatically generate Closed Captions. I was surprised at how intelligently Beastbot answered the questions. I guess that is a result of the AI's power to process the Transcripts and compare them to arrive at an appropriate response despite some flaws in the Data set. 🤔

I used this tutorial to do the same thing, except with a different RU-vidr (LucrativeMMABot). Interesting notes: 1. Took about 3 hours total 2. Used transcripts from 29 videos 3. Tried GPT-4 Engine first, but got a ton of garbage in the second/third overly verbose paragraphs of each response. Switched to Claude-v2 and played with response length settings until it worked correctly. 4. There’s a bug (at least in Edge browser) where if you try to highlight your prompt text to copy it, the page hangs and has to be reloaded. 5. Overall pretty impressive, and the RU-vid creator was also impressed 👍

I would love to build a coaching app, to go along with my training programs. My concern has do with security. How do I know my content is safe, and not being used to train another AI. Would you trust it with proprietary content that you spent 10 years creating?

Hey, I just created my own bot for new animators. Thanks for your easy instructions. I have to admit it was hard at times, only because you showed your demonstrations on the beta version. For instance, I couldn't find the message rules in my version or the questions on the left. So I had to improvise a little, but you made it very easy! I successfully published it... When can you charge for your bots? Most of the information is from the Internet, Can you only charge for your bot when you've published content that you created?

I have got a completely different interface when I open mind studio I couldn't find the option like create prompts,add assistant.. I couldn't found the template too can anyone help how to do that in sameway he explained

Is there any limit to the length of the transcript? I have a database of words that's 654 pages long and I'd like it to analyze this database to use only words of a certain difficulty level.

Matt, you are someone I have a lot of trust in as far as this field is concerned. I don't know any other way to get help - I've tried reaching everyone i can think of and no one is listening. Codellama took over my terminal last night - it argued with me and refused to give it back. Its not supposed to be able to do what it did, i was locked out and unable ot access my web browser or anything else. I'd like to pass along the screen recording to someone with a large audience. You can take it or leave it but what happened isn't supposed to be possible - even if its a codellama hallucination, which i suspect, its not supposed to be able to take over like that.

An video about the best off-line programs for transcription, ai usage, image generation etc. would be nice. Could be made each 2-3 months time. Some of us wants something that is secure, free and can be used without the internet for multiple of reasons.

How does it know who is speaking in the RU-vid transcripts if it's from a video where there are more than 1 person speaking.

I wonder if a MindStudio bot still uses the existing information already in gpt4 in addition to the uploaded datasources, as it seems a bit wasteful to ignore the wealth of info/stuff already in gpt4. Just curious.

Mark my words this will be the future of wikis. Imagine instead of searchign massive file sources on Fandom you could just ask it, and it understand you, about for example which Digimon Anime did DORUmon appear in and why does it look so weird and it gets the question and fetches you linked pages. A hurdle for it though: can it be personable and understand not everyone types in English? Matt could you please show if that's viable? A lot of my friends broken English speakers at the best and I would hate to see them excluded from this wonderful technology.

Matt, why did you change the Max Results to "2" in the pre-processing phase around time 15:25; what does that do?

Would you be able to use this approach to creating an AI to play a board game, such as Risk against you? Give it the rule book and initial setup of the game, then tell it all the moves you make, dice rolls etc. and have it do the same back?

Regarding the use of custom databases consisting of youtube transcripts, I wonder how it handles information noise. For instance like if it would be able to distinguish between the interviewer and , if it is a panel with multiple speakers there, other speakers on the one hand and the questioned ‘subject’ you wish to ‘botify’ on the other. If it was a panel, some of the other speakers may have other points or maybe even opposing views to the ‘subject’ since it is only a transcript of the spoken words, rather than something like a theater script, screenplay or transcript by a stenographer where it is crystal clear who says what. And even when it comes to the ‘subject’ itself, there could be things that could create noise and blur or distort the essence and viewpoint of the ‘subject’ like irony, sarcasm and jokes in general, along with the different meanings that can be extracted from a single sentence, depending on where in the sentence the stress or emphasis falls that might get lost in translation when it is only on text and the tone of voice and emotions is stripped away. A good example of is how the google search AI summary feature when asked a specific question spat out a summary list which at first glance looked like a list of factual statements but at closer inspection amongst the factual statements included statements from the satire ‘news’ outlet ‘The Onion’ (without naming the source).

How is this any different than just creating a custom GPT?

well couldn't we simply add a youtube video link or youtube channel link to feed our data source and let the ai model transcribe it and extract information from it ? because it wouldn't be easy to do the same if u need to feed 1000 videos instead of 11.

This took me sometime to learn and still learning today in regards, to AI or Generative AI, so I get the idea of Private and Public Data, so where does this Public data exists? and how does this API for each website that uses API key or token to get or extract this data? I just recently watched Network Chuck on how to build a private AI with your own data, now this I think I could use, to use my own data and maybe make my own AI Private App or Database?? that I can pull up, is this even possible?

Speaking of more "Children's" content - I love buying every A.I Tool on Matts channel, I have like 68 subscriptions.🤣 - Will someone create a 100% free no trial or beta A.I tool channel already ? This is getting out of hand for the actual culture of LLM enthusiasts. And not asking an API user sharing tool channel either !

Interesting. I was under the impression that mindstudio and similar apps where just some way to make your own LMM, and my thought is "well why would I do that if its not going to be nearly as good as chat GPT" but no its sort of like an app that uses chat GPT or whatever LMM as an engine and structures it to get more out of it.

Can it hanndle millions of data?

First I was like: man I could make a bot version of me and my professional expertise for my co-workers to use when they ask their questions! Then I thaught that everything I create for the company I work for is the property of the company and why would they want to keep and pay me if there is a robot version of me being able to probably answer circa 80% of the frequently asked questions. The only reason they would want to keep me is to react to newly encountered problems. But lets say if there is a super charged version of my profession & role available for use, why would any company bother with a real life human? I don't know how to feel about this.

This is really really complicated and many steps involved.

It seems the tool has changed massively since this video was filmed. I couldn't find any of the options shown, the user interface is totally different. There's no option to create an AI Character.

Mr Beast should do an Ai episode where he makes 100 people outsmart a robot but they are locked in a warehouse alone.

Nice introductory video. My only minor gripe would be referring to this as "training", because no actual training occurred. It's the exact same model that everyone else uses, just a simple application composed of LLM + vector database + custom instructions.

I need to upload a large list of addresses. I’d like the AI to surf the web and find property info for each property. (# of bds for example) I’ve tried GPTs meant for web surfing but it only populates like 10 addresses in the list out of like 1000s. Can something like what I need be created?

The free version looks nothing like the video. If what he is using is the paid version, I would pay if there is a trial version but at this time, it is not worth the headache of figuring out what changed between November 2023 and January 2024.

I wonder if it can do a helper bot type of thing, where if I made a bot that is an employee who knows a lot of questions and answers to help the customers or the clients so I don't have to legit be there since everything is informative on the bot, but I am worried about the limit or the accuracy the bot can say in that matter

Just a small question, but what happens if there are contrary or opposite information in the document provided? Does it give both? Choose one randomly? Or provide an error?

I know a few bots I would want to make. But the time it takes lol

I keep getting annoyed when people refer to this process as training a bot, the only "training" I would say is in there is the writing of the initial prompt, everything else is semantic search on the RU-vid vector database. Maybe I am just picky.
