Creating a Binary Counter using LEDs on a RPi PICO

Having watched Paul's video and drawing out the sequence I realised there was a pattern to the flashing of each individual LED in the series, so I set about way to make the LEDs flash in the correct sequence without having to manually switch each LED on and off for each number.
Having worked out how to do it with four LEDs it soon became obvious that I could add additional LEDs very easily, so I increased it from a 4-bit counter to an 8-bit counter with just an extra 8-lines of code.
