Creating a Calendar in Excel 

Great video. I was manually creating a calendar today in Excel that took not very long but it wasn't what I really wanted. Thanks to this video I've now learned how to do in a more efficient and professional way. Thank you so much. Great work.

is there a way to link this with another sheet? like when you fill in a date on the calendar, it populates over to "sheet 2" for example?

There appears to be a critical item you didn't mention, making Sunday the first day of the week. The template is given with Monday being the first day of the week which is the normal practice in Europe, however in North America Sunday is considered the first day of the week. I discovered that by typing Sunday where it says Monday, the whole thing automatically re-adjusts.

This was so helpful, and IMMENSELY easier than how my coworkers and I were trying to create a calendar 😅😊

Let’s say I have homework and a quiz due on the same day. Do I need to add another cell to that date or will Excel do it automatically for me. I want to use conditional formatting. I believe that the information has to be in separate cells in order to work. In other words, how can I list more than one assignment per day?

Learnt new topics. Thanks, can you assist in how to copy same content on every month of a specific date. Instead of typing or paste it every time?

Does anyone know if I only want to see one month at a time and I want to select the new month from the drop down list, how do I assign the events entered in the table so that they change together? So my problem is that although I can change months, the formatting and events don't change. (It's also important that I don't want to colour only the date, but I want to assign 2-3 events to a day, with different colours) Is there any solution?

That was really trippy when you said the current year is 2019 and then you said LET'S SAY IT'S 2021 I.. I had to check my date a couple of times

I'm trying to follow along by building the calendar but can't find how the Color Pallett cell F7 was created?

If a date is added with comments for July 2022 and then I change the date, will that data be saved for that date in July 2022?
