Hi! nice schedule! I need to organize meetings for 10 different groups in which there are up to 9 teachers and some teachers are in more than one class. I need to create a schedule for quarterly meetings to discuss proceedings. I am going crazy....

I'm a Pre-K SPED teacher. 2nd year. My students are there 7:35 - 10:15 and 11:35 - 2:15 . About 2.5hrs each session. I have 10 students in the morning, and 7 in the afternoon. I have 1 para (that's sore subject...I'm the only teacher out of 4 that has only 1 para and I have more students in my morning that 2 others)... Lots of runners and screamers.... duh. ;o) We have to divide the students between us and have only 2 from each class that could play/work independently. Current Schedule: We meet bus at 7:35, eat breakfast until about 8:20, calendar 8:25 - 8:50, centers (3 mandatory) 8:55 - 9:20, recess (my slot out of 5) 9:25 - 9:40 (I keep them out until 9:45 if possible,...huge advocate for outside play), 9:45/9:50 - 10:05 circle, 10:10 walk out to meet bus at 10:15. I have to fit in 4 different curriculums, O.W.L. - Engage NY - Kiwi - H.W.O.T. I struggle to fit everything in, during the short time they are there. We must do centers and at this school they want "sitting in their seats", preparing for Kindergarten. I owned my own home childcare for years and used play centers, not seated tables. As an advocate of play it has been really difficult for me to adjust,....especially since we have so limited time for them to move from table to table. Aside from fitting in the required curriculum I need to track a common assessment of 5 different categories on top of all of their IEP goals. I'm exhausted, frazzled and tired of working 12hrs a day trying to get it all done. Our service team will come into the classroom, or pull students depending on the work needed that day. Thankfully there are many days the SLP & OT will have an activity and I can then split the students into smaller groups, but other than that it's 3-4-5 students to each of us. What can I change/move (other than recess) that will help me teach and take better data? Conferences are the end of this week and I'm cramming to get enough data to give to my parents. I've half the mind to tell them all to complain that I have only 1 para so their student is taught instead of managed.
