Keeping a database of all of your customers' artwork is a must for screen printers. You will have customers who come back a year or more after an order and ask to do it again. Save yourself the time of searching through hard drives to find the artwork by keeping a database that you can search easily and find the artwork by an ID number that's automatically assigned for each art file.
I use Airtable to manage several areas of my business and the artwork database is no different. It's super easy to use and helps me maintain a robust database of all artwork.
