You need to make a COFFEE & GINGER BEER. It was recommended in the last episode so maybe that's one to unlock???

A beer receives a “fancy” rating when the flavour(s) and aroma(s) match. Adding additives to the beer AFTER BOILING and BEFORE FERMENTING will make the beer have the corresponding flavours and aromas depending what you put in it. Albatross suggested putting in coffee and ginger to make a fancy beer, but you can put in whatever you want. Also, when the beer is done fermenting and you get the pop-up screen after you close the bar, you can see the fanciness rating (bronze, silver, or gold) and much more useful information about the beer. You need to put Coffe& Ginger in the fancy beer!!! If you dont it dosent count as fancy! Love the series keep up the good work.

Bartending is more than just pouring beers usually. So the knowledge of cocktails and skill of free-pouring is more difficult in the real world. Bartending is also about having a good work flow and keeping tabs on your guests to not only know what they want, but to also know how far along they are in their drink. But in this game you are just pouring for speed and volume, which is typically how it is in nightclubs and not bars, but both still bartending. Bartending isn’t hard to do, but it’s hard to be a good bartender basically

Just make a normal American Pale Ale, after adding the yeast and transferring it into the fermentation bucket, add 5g of coffee and then 5g of ginger. That'll make a fancy beer.

You know its a fancy beer when it has a bronze, silver or gold beer logo when you look at it. A fancy beer is when you hit good mixtures, like he suggested; coffee & ginger. Or if you do foral, strawberry. Its load combos, I dont wanna spoil the combos so good luck ;)

You can see the fancy mess after the day ends. When the beer comes up just before you name it you can see the fanciness
