Creating A New Game in the ORRE REGION! Pokémon XD: Descent of Darkness 

The animated opening sequence is super cool. Creating a quasi-scientific explanation for how Shadow Pokemon are made is also cool, and I really like how you incorporated Native American based characters into the storyline without resorting to stereotypes. The ending sequence makes me think that Zion is probably a sentient robot, which intrigues me, and I'm also intrigued to find out more of what happened after Gale of Darkness and what the heck is up between Wes and Rui.

im glad you clarified about twila, when i first saw her i got a REALLY bad taste in my mouth about her because "oh, is this a riff about split personality disorder/BPD?" but im glad you clarified it wasn't related to that, as even in fiction where the "split personaility" is caused by outside forces, its still sometimes stated that "oh this is [real mental illness that affects real people]" and its almost never represented well

This first part was a masterpiece of start... With this DoD game you managed to adapt Colosseum and GoD to the newer generations, making Orre not only scarrier than before, but also a real pearl of Region in every single term✌🏻 With this video I also realised another reason why I always loved your projects: not only because you always proved to take very original stuff, but also because this time you proved to take a REVOLUTIONARY project, since nobody ever created something like this in the fakemon community👏🏻

Fascinating concept and it’s interesting to hear an actual origin of shadow pokemon making it come closer to the rabies I think it was meant to be referencing. I’m also just glad to see someone talk about Colosseum and XD I’ve actually based my Violet character as close as I can get to Wes’s design. Though if I had it my way battles would still be mostly doubles as that was just a great concept that is barely used in the modern games.

Ooh, I think our Protag might be a Brainwashed Wes If he can remember a memory of Wes and Rui together His outfit actually kind of looks like a Cipher uniform as well to be honest

I know that Twila has two split personalities not because she has split personality disorder but because she came in contact with the chaos crown when she was a child which allowed a part of frostfire's darkness to get inside her mind and split it so I can't help but feel bad for her.

Great start to the series. Hope we do get a 3rd game were we visit the Orre Region. It would make for a great open world game which would give us to see and explore more of the region.

I am quite invested into this new series. The story, characters, and lore is amazing. You did a good job with expanding on how Shadow Pokemon were created. The mystery regarding Zion is interesting. Can't wait to see more of this!

This is awesome and I can't wait to see more. After that ending sequence I think I've figured out the deal with Zion and the flashbacks. I think Zion is Wes. My theory is that Wes' consciousness was somehow transferred into a robot body, based on the fact that Twila calls him a hunk of metal and when the screen glitches you can see Wes flashing over Zion. Why would his consciousness have been transferred to a robot I don't know yet, but whether my theory is correct or not, I'm excited to find out more about the mysterious Zion

I like the concept of the seven main shadow Pokemon that have unique designs based on the seven deadly since and i know you talk about those seven in the last video. I'm just going to leave a comment on this video and also my favorite would be hatterene it definitely fits the sin of lust 😊

Right off the bat two seconds in, having your two eeveelutions as the starters like Wes had the gen 3 eeveelutions, squee!!! Plus animation, music and voice acting, amazing!!❤ I'll be back once I've watched the rest 😅

Come to think of it Bloodmoon Ursaluna reminds me of the design shadow Pokémon had, it would be cool if they brought this region back in a main game or a 'Legends' game along with shadow Pokémon .

I have long wanted a third installment to the Orre series, however, while I agree on a lot of your type of includements. I personally think it'd be cool if the starter was a special Shadow Pokemon Eevee exclusive to the game. Also instead of a natural Shadow Virus with Deoxys I'd use the Shadow Synergy Stone with Shadow Mewtwo from Pokkén Tournament. While I know they're technically two different types of Shadow Pokemon between Orre and Ferrum as seen by they're Japanese names, I'd think it'd be a neat inclusion

This already looks very cool and adds some innovative concepts in the Orre region. Having some Shadow Pokemon be "bosses" for each of the 7 deadly sins, and having the #1 shadow legendary be Deoxys is a neat concept, and then adding overworld auto-battle mechanics sounds like a very exciting challenge. I'll be watching to see how this turns out. I'm very excited to see more fans in love with the Orre region, and y'all are making amazing content out of that passion. Good luck! ❤

Despite the warning, as a viewer with sensitive eyes, this glitching effect is affecting the quality of enjoinment as I have to divert my attention to avoid risking a seizure. While cool, I would advise lessening this effect or removing it altogether. Otherwise the content so far has been outstanding. I've loved XD's story and this is a great take on the lore.

Happened to stumble onto this video (thanks RU-vid), and I gotta say, I am very intrigued with how the rest of the story goes and who else makes a comeback. I honestly love Colosseum and XD’s concept, so this, as well as the concept of what I dub “the Deadly Shadows”; even tho i know they are called Shadowarps, is really interesting to me. Btw, I’m working on my own Pokémon game with Shadow Pokémon as well, so I’m now considering referencing this with some of my shadows (if I do, I know I will replace the fakemon; not for nothing, but i wanna focus on normal Pokémon except for the 7 I know I’ll be making)

6:17~6:23 That was only true for Colosseum. You could capture normal wild Pokemon in Gale of Darkness, though with a pretty low variety. 12:02~12:14 Only in Gale of Darkness. In Colosseum, the only Shadow Move of that game, Shadow Rush, did neutral damage no matter what.
