To be honest, Paradox needs to add landmarks or iconic buildings in CS2.

Well, if are trying to do a historical take of NY through the years, would start at the tip of Manhatton. But if you just doing a modern interpretation, I would start in the Grand Central Station/Penn Station area getting your train lines run into NJ and Long Island. RU-vidr "ithinkyouknow" has/had a NY 1:1 and has an episode on the Brooklyn Bridge: "The Brooklyn Bridge - New York 1:1 - Cities Skylines - 02" His road work is pretty spectacular.

Please don’t forget the Williamsburg and queensborough bridges, they are just as iconic 🎉🎉

I can’t wait to see this in the end I know you’re not gonna make it exactly 100% detailed like no trucks on some highways and little things like that but this sounds like a cool series.

It can maybe be more original to start with all the tiny suburban cities around new york. Did you recreated long island ? (sorry for my bad english i'm from france and to be honnest It's known in France that the French don't know how to speak english lmao)

Once u finished the NYC styled i suggest chicago styled city. The metro system is just Great! instead of being underground at downtown it circles around the loop over unused or tiny roads. There are plenty Of Stations u can choose from! I would definitely like to see you try to implement trans Manhattan expressway or have a tiny reference to it. The expressway is basically a trench/ Underground highway over 4 big buildings before the highway goes through the George Washington bridge. Its located towards the northern part of Manhattan and honestly would be low key cool to see being built. :)
